*Seconds are items that are sometimes made by newly trained workers who are in the process of learning how to be excellent tailors and seamstresses. Rather than discard them, we've embraced them as part of the Imagine Goods story and process. We are proud to offer them to you at the discounted rate of 30% off. (Sorry, I'm sure you'll understand why seconds items cannot be returned.)
The June skirt is inspired by the A-line skirts of the 60's, but this one is just the right length—not too long, and not too short, hitting just at the top of the knee, depending on how tall you are (the size medium is 18" long). The skirt is fully lined, has an exposed brass zipper at the back center, two large front pockets, and the russet red fabric is a nice medium weight, perfect for fall or winter, and has a textured stripe.
This product is part of the Carousel line of Imagine Goods items. That means that we hand-pick the fabric from locals in the open-stall markets of Phnom Penh -- one more link on the sustainable (and dignifying) supply chain . . . and an experience not to be missed! It also means that we may not be able to find this particular fabric again soon, so if you love it, buy it now!

You'll see an image like this on your product label. It's called an Artisan Symbol, and it represents the worker who made your item! You can go to our Artisans page to read about him or her.
